  • Welcome to ADRMediator! Please follow these steps to complete your training successfully.
  • Access Your Course: Your document password is included in your enrollment email. Follow the numbered blue buttons on the training website in sequence.
  • Review Course Materials: Begin by reading the Overview of ADR, watching the introductory slide presentation, and studying the Basic Mediation Training Manual.
  • Watch Required Videos: Complete all four instructional videos located at the bottom of the page: Opening Statement, Breaking Impasses, Negotiation, and Reality Testing.
  • Explore Additional Resources: Materials such as Marketing Your Mediation Practice and Practical Tips are provided for supplemental reference.
  • Download Training Materials: Visit the iPod section to download audio and other resources to your computer or compatible device. Right-click the desired file and select “Save As” to save a copy. Downloaded audio files may also be transferred to compatible devices or CDs for convenient listening.
