Order Mediation/Arbitration
Please enter as much information that is available. If there are only two parties from the same organization please indicate the complaining party as the Plaintiff and the Defendant as the party the dispute is targeted. If there are no attorney's attending then leave the fields blank or enter in place of the attorney the attending parties representatives that maybe participating in the Mediation or the Arbitration. Each section must be sent seperately.
By digitaly signing this form your are authorizing the scheduleing of the selection of a Mediator or Arbitrator. The fees vary based on the process, Mediation fees begin at $1,400 per day for Civil, Family is $895 for a half day and $1,895 for a Full Day. Arbitration fees are variable based on the number of Arbitrators requested and specilization of area of law. Fees are paid in advance once we have submitted and your have approved the Mediator or Arbitrator. A special fee maybe assessed if mediation/arbitration is within 10 Days.

Pay for MediationMediation Services For Family are paid in advance. Mediations are presided over by a Male and Female certified mediators for Family and a single Mediator for civil. A full day means even if the mediation goes past 5:00 PM there will be no further charging for our services. There are no additional fees, or expenses. All Mediations utlized Zoom for the mediation. If an inperson mediation is required seperate billing will be charged for travel.
Civil Mediation are $695 for half day and $1,495 for a full day mediation.
