Requirement to be Approved to Provide CLE Credits
California's standard is important: an MCLE activity must address legal subjects directly relevant to attorneys, contain significant current educational, professional, or practical content, and have the objective of increasing attorneys' professional competence. Programs designed primarily for non-attorneys don't qualify as general MCLE.
